SOCIAL CYBERNETICS IN THE DIGITAL TRANSF ORMATION OF SOCIETY
Annotation: The report discusses the problem of increasing the efficiency of the instrumental complex «Builder of tutors» by modifying the subsystems «Editor» and «Player». The process of creating training programs with branching support using the editor of the instrumental complex is analyzed. The variant of the editor modification is analyzed in detail and the advantages of its modified version are described. Changes in the architecture of the server part of the «Player » subsystem and modification of the database to improve its efficiency are considered.
APPROACH TO DESIGNING A SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC DISCONNECTION IN GUESTS AND STANDARDS
Annotation: In the article, the authors propose an approach to the design of a system for automatic search for inconsistencies in standardizing documents. Methods of extracting knowledge from text in natural language and constructing ontologies are described. Examples of rules for finding inconsistencies in a structured set of requirements are given.
ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF FUNCTIONAL SAFETY IN THE INTERNET OF THINGS
Annotation: The article contains an overview of the problems in the functional safety of the Internet of Things. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the existing problems in the functional security of the Internet of Things, to identify the causes of these probl ems. The article discusses approaches to the architecture of the Internet of Things, analyzes the existing problems in the security of IoT protocols, suggests ways to improve the functional security of the Internet of Things.
SIZING AS AN INDICATOR OF IT- SERVICE EFFICACY
Annotation: The majority of modern enterprises do not plan their resources correctly. Sizing allows an enterprise t o allocate its resources appropiately, so that it can move to a new level for itself. This article deals with the models of sizing, as well as with the methods of load testing in the process of sizing in an enterprise.
DIRECTIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF OFFICE A CTIVITIES OF THE EDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF THE DECANATE OF THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Annotation: The digitalization of business has demanded the digitalization of office activities. Working in a pandemic has pushed this process. The main directions of digitalization of office activities are considered on the example of document managers of the educational department of the dean's office of an educational institution. Models of document processing are presented, possible directions of digitalization of the work of the educational department are described.
Methods and Means of Control in Organizational Systems
ANALYSIS OF LIFE CYCLE MODELS FOR CROSS-PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATE INFORMATION PORTAL
Annotation: When developing cross-platform systems, such as a corporate information portal, it is important to choose the right lifecycle model. To select it, you need to create a list of requirements that meet the conditions of the specific system being developed. This article will create a list of these requirements, as well as review and analyze popular life cycle models to understand the pros and cons of each, based on the requirements .

ABOUT THE NECESSITY OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN SMALL TEAMS WITH HORIZONTAL MANAGEMENT
Annotation: In this article, the author s examined the problems of knowledge management in small horizontal teams. By analyzing the process, the main features of building an environment in “green” companie s were identified based on the mental development of the employees drawing on C.W. Graves’ spiral dynamics system
PERSPECTIVES FOR THE USE OF MONITORING SYSTEMS USING WEARABLE MEDICAL DEVICES
Annotation: Information technology is evolving and finding its application to a variety of tasks. The Internet of Things is one of the developing information technologies that can be used in various spheres of activity, including healthcare. The ability to track patie nt health indicators in real time using wearable medical devices has the potential to be used to improve people's quality of life.

MESH ADAPTATION FOR ELASTOPLASTIC DEFORM ATION VISUALIZATION
Annotation: This article explores a polygonal mesh adaptation method that allows to implement the visualisation of a broad range of physical materi als and objects, from perfectly elastic bodies to highly viscous liquids. The method is a combination of the simulation by the finite element method, the dynamic mesh adaptation depending on the residual stresses of an object and external forces, and the a lgorithm of remeshing from scratch based on equilibrium state of an object.
