MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND MANAGEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE BASED ON THE ELECTRONIC PORTFOLIO STANDARDIZATION
Annotation: The article considers the prospects of application of GOST R 57720-2017 on purposes development of knowledge management and human resources on stages of training, independent assessment of competences and development skills. The new standard is important to ensure that normative-technical regulation and implementation in the field of digital economy. Based on these requirements should be developed interoperable system of e-portfolio designed for wide applic ation in educational organizations at all levels, centers of competency assessment, recruitment agencies and companies.
MODERN STANDARD REQUIREMENTS TO THE E-PORTFOLIO OF EMPLOYEE PRODUCTION SAFETY
Annotation: The national standard GOST R 57720-2017 "Inform ation and communication technologies in education." Electronic safety training of production. "The electronic portfolio of the worker in the safety of production" establishes requirements for the basic structural elements, the processes of accumulation and use of data contained in the electronic portfolio of the worker in the safety of production. In the article, it is shown that in order to increase the effectiveness of e-learning in the field of production safety, the formation of training programs should use network electronic portfolio of employees with a structure that meets the requirements of the national standard. A dataset for a worker in the safety of production is provided, which must necessarily be included in his electronic portfolio.
APPLICATION OF THE SEMANTIC ANA LYSIS OF TERMS AND DEFINITIONS OF THE DIGITAL DICTIONARY DICTIONARY FOR THE OVERCOMING THEIR UNIFORMNESS
Annotation: The task of management in the conditions of high level of uncertainty requires a more sop histicated mathematical methods. One reason for the uncertainty is the ambiguity of understanding of the same terms and definitions to different people, forming management decisions. To solve the problem of overcoming this ambiguity is the concept of using semantic analysis of terms, which is focused on information support of processes to resolve a wide range of tasks of socio-economic systems.
GOST R 57723-2017 AS THE ATTEMPT OF A COMPROMISE BETWEEN THE INTERESTS OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITIES: PUBLISHERS, AGGREGATORS AND LIBRARIES
Annotation: The article describes the State technical standard on Electronic Library Systems in terms of the interests of professional communities interested in this subject. The progressive role of the standard, which is directly related to the activities of educational organizations, is due to th e primary attitude to the interests of rights holders and the long experience of aggregators of educational content (digital libraries).

Annotation: Man-machine control systems are the basic type of technological processes control in oil and gas industry. During the real time control operations the psy chological characteristics of the supervisor appear. The importance of the system studies for improvements in the standard “Specialist of dispatch-technological control in the oil and gas industry” on the basis of psychological characteristics of a supervi sor are shown.
REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOP MENT IN THE AVIATION INDUSTRY
Annotation: Success of sof tware development projects depends on many factors. Requirements management process has a big impact for the development and the result. Implementing and maintaining requirements management process throughout the whole software development life cycle can significantly save project resources. Regulatory documents of the aviation industry ( ARP 4754A, DO-178B/C, DO-254 and its Russian analogues ) strictly oblige manag ing requirements according the certain rules . Certification authorities perform aircraft verif ication and certification by analyzing the life-cycle data of the development, including requirements and their relationships with realization other elements of life-cycle data . In the article t he approach to requirements management in the aviation industr y according to the DO-178B/C (Russian KT-178B/C) standard is considered. Recommendations for the process of changing requirements are given. The generalized properties of the quality of the requirements according to the specified standard are formulated.

A UNIFIED SYSTEM OF ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATION OF PRODUCTS BASED ON A STANDARDIZED REGISTER OF PARAMETERS
Annotation: The existing principles of standardization of product descriptions in the database s do not provide opportunities for inter-industry data integration. The development of electronic commerce and the Internet of things is limited, among other things, by the possibilities of exchanging data between th e information systems of participants in the processes of creating, delivering and selling products. This article propose s solution that provides a full value inter-industry integration of product data, providing for the creation of a universal standardize d register of parameters and applying this register in the development of database structures.
ADAPTATION OF THE ELECTRONIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR INCLUSIVE EDUCATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF SUPPORT OF WEAKLY STUDENTS
Annotation: Currently, within the framework of the modernization of Russian education, the goal is to create an educational environment that ensures the accessibility of qua lity education, including vocational, for people with disabilities and people with disabilities, taking into account the characteristics of their psychophysical development and health status. Therefore, it is necessary to create electronic educational tech nologies and resources for inclusive education, taking into account all the requirements of GOST R 57723-2017 "Information and communication technologies in education. Electronic library systems. General provisions. " The article gives an example of adapta tion of the electronic information and educational environment for visually impaired students.
