ARCHITECTURE OF OPERATOR'S OPERATOR MOBILE ACCESS TO IOT SYSTEMS
Annotation: The growth of the Internet of Things technology market is associated with the effective implementation of digital technologies in the global and Russian industry, the development of high-quality and independent solutions, as well as ensuring their compatibility with each other. The development of the Internet of Things is supported, among other things, by initiatives within the framework of regulatory legal and technical regulation through the disclosure of technological approaches, as well as the inclusion of protocols in draft international standards. So on August 24, 2020, it beca me known about the approval of national standards for the Internet of things, as well as for the industrial Internet of things and sensor networks.
EXTRACTION OF UNSPECIFIED KNOWLEDGE
Annotation: The article explores the extraction of implicit knowledge in the information field. The application of the correlative approach for obtaining implicit knowledge is shown. The types of cause-and-effect relationship are described. which a re used to extract implicit knowledge. The article describes dichotomous division as a method of obtaining implicit knowledge. The role of the information space and information field in the digital transformation of production is described. The transformat ion of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge is of two types: complementary and denying.
DIGITALIZATION OF THE TRANSPORT SPHERE
Annotation: The article describes the results of a study on digitalization in the transport sector. The digital railway is described as a complex technical and technological complex. The connection of the digital railway with the digital economy is shown. The place of the digital railway among complex systems is shown. The main technological components of the digital railway a re described. The principles of block control are described. The principles of radio observation are described. The connection of the digital railway with digital logistics is shown. The importance of cyber-physical systems in the development of a digital railway is shown .
INFORMATION INTERACTIONS IN SUBSIDIARY SYSTEMS
Annotation: The purpose of the work is to study information interaction in subsidiary systems. Subsidiarity is described as a natural process of evolution under external influences. The article describes the phases of th e appearance of subsidiarity in the subsystems of complex systems. Two reasons for the emergence of subsidiarity are described. The first reason is external influences on the subsystem. The second reason is the contradiction between the internal informatio n interactions of the system and external information interactions.
ARCHITECTURE AND FUNCTIONING OF I-LEARNING SYSTEMS OF DISTANCE EDUCATION
Annotation: The modern trend towards distant (online) learning is generally accepted. The massive online education creates a number of possible problems in the assimilation of the education materials by students with different modalities of perception. The results of the present resea rch are aimed both at increasing the level of c assimilation of the educational materials and at helping teachers in assessing student’s progress. This article proposes a possible architecture for intelligent e-learning systems. The method of processing th e data on students' activities is described. One of the possible options for implementing data processing on the Moodle platform is presented.

SYNERGETICS AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT IN THE INFORMATION FIELD
Annotation: The article explores synergy in the information field as the basis for self-development. Synergetics in the information field is interpreted as information synergetics. In the information field, synergetics is manifested as the interaction of a set of proc esses and meta processes. Synergetics is a multifaceted application that has its own characteristics in different subject areas. The difference between self-organization and self-development is shown. The mechanism of self-development in the information fi eld is described .
COMPARISON OF FINANCIAL TIME SERIES FORECASTING METHODS
Annotation: Forecasting methods serve to study the system relationships and patterns of operation of objects and processes using modern methods of information processing and are an important tool in the analysis of c omplex application systems, in working with information, in the targeted human impact on research objects in order to increase their efficiency. In the modern economy, forecasting occupies a special place. This paper provides a comparison of models and met hods of forecasting financial time series.

UPDATING DATABASES OF MOVING OBJECTS
Annotation: The article examines the database of moving objects. The similarities and differences between mobile databases and stationary databases are shown. Shows the commonality of mobile databases with geodatabases. The article introduces a new term "databases of mobile objects". The article reveals the principles of updating the database of mobile objects. The global database is linked to the database of moving objects. The global database includes an image database, a geodatabase, and a digital elevation model d atabase. Moving objects database works in sliding window mode .
DIGITAL CONTROL SPACE
Annotation: The article explores the digital governance space in the transport sector. The development of digital transport poses the task of creating a digital control space. The condition for the f unctioning of the information control space is the creation of a single coordinate environment. The main method for creating coordinate support for the railway is the creation of special geodetic networks along the railway. It is shown that the geoinformat ion space is the best implementation of the digital control space .
INFLUENCE OF SOFTWARE APPLICAT IONS OF THE GAME IND USTRY ON IT -INFRASTRUCTURE
Annotation: The article analyzes the principles and approaches to the construction and development of IT infrastructure, taking into account the development and use of software applications for the gaming industry. Approaches to the development of IT infrastructure, the impact of software applications of the gaming industry on the informatio n technology infrastructure and the entire IT industry, and features of the use of basic technologies and software applications of the gaming industry in the IT infrastructure are considered.
