Methods and Means of Control in Organizational Systems
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SUBSYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF THE FORCES AND MEANS OF EMERGENCY SERVICES IN THE FRAMEWORK OF SMART AND SAFE CITY CONCEPTS
Annotation: This article discusses the requirements for the creation of a software subsystem designed to manage and observe the work of emergency services by means of GLONASS monitoring. The possibilities of integrating such a subsystem into existing automated information systems for receiving and processing messages related to emergency assistance are described. Remote control and GLONASS monitoring capabilities can in current days significantly increase the efficiency of providing special assistance in order to save human lives. The tasks of the subsystem can include the next functions: computer estimation of the on-duty force teams and the correspondent instruments involved in the works on the territories of responsibility of this teams; monitoring the tasks of these teams at posts and routes; responsibility on incoming messages; complex representation of the operational situation in order to support the rescue teams to make decisions in emergency. The purpose and tasks of the proposed software subsystem, its structure and aspects of possible integration with the corresponding hardware are considered in the article too.
SPECIFICATIONS OF THE INDUSTRIAL INTERNET OF THINGS BASED ON ONTOLOGICAL DESCRIPTIONS
Annotation: This article is devoted to certain aspects for researching specification of the innovative Internet of Things systems and the application of these systems in industry and economy. The article discusses the general concept of Internet of Things architecture and design based on ontological descriptions. This approach allows effectively to modeling and prototyping software and hardware solutions of the Internet of Things. This approach supports automated design process for Internet of Things systems too.
STANDARDIZATION IN THE EXCHANGE OF DIGITAL FINANCIAL ASSETS
Annotation: Digital financial assets are a new financial instrument in the Russian Federation. Today, it is possible to purchase DFA at the time of its issuance. Secondary turnover of DFA is available only with the involvement of the exchange operator. Quick interaction arrangement between the information system operator and the exchange operator is an important aspect for the development and increasing the availability of the instrument. This can be achieved by standardizing this interaction. The article compares digital financial assets with existing open blockchain platforms. The EIP standards, that are used for the implementation of tokens on the Ethereum platform and a number of other platforms, are analyzed and their applicability to the exchange of digital financial assets is described.
MANAGEMENT OF AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTELLIGENT ASSISTANCE SYSTEM FOR A CAR DRIVER
Annotation: The article discusses approaches to managing an IT project that allow to provide a solution to common management tasks for it. These approaches include the study and planning of risk prevention, as well as plan the implementation of the project on time, taking into account the allocated resources. The approaches discussed in this article make it possible to present the project in a visual form both for the development team and for others interested in the project. At the same time, development priorities are taken into account, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the project are analyzed. The approaches described in the article can be used to manage a fairly wide class of IT projects

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF VOICE RECOGNITION METHODS
Annotation: Today, there is an active development and integration of innovative solutions from the field of information technology. At the same time, technologies and methods of voice recognition, used in many areas of the life of a modern person, are of particular relevance. The purpose of the current article is to review voice recognition methods in voice assistants. The author makes an attempt to systematize the materials on the existing methods of voice recognition.

PARALLELIZATION OF FINITE-VOLUME NUMERICAL METHODS FOR SYSTEMS WITH SHARED MEMORY
Annotation: The problems of parallelization of finite-volume numerical methods are considered, concerning the calculation of the flow of flows of conservative quantities through the boundaries of computational cells, for systems with shared memory. Three approaches are analyzed for solving this problem, for which a theoretical substantiation is carried out, implementation, testing, analysis of the performance and scalability of the proposed methods are carried out. The work is devoted to increasing the efficiency of finite-volume numerical methods on systems with shared memory, performed by parallelizing calculations.
