DIGITAL UNIVERSITY CONCEPT AS A TRAINING PLATFORM FOR THE DIGITAL INDUSTRY
Annotation: The article discusses the interaction between educational organisations and industry in training qualified personnel for the digital industry. Construction of the concept of digital university implies the creation of a single educational platform in cooperation with the requirements of employers, which are representatives of industrial enterprises. The basis for the digital university concept is the architecture of the process model, which is formed in accordance with major international standards.
DEVELOPING THE BEHAVIOURAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS OF SENSITIVE COGNITIVE ROBOTS AS A SAFETY ASPECT
Annotation: A cognitive robot, by increasing visual, sound, subject, spatial and temporal sensitivity, is able to acquire new skills and gain experience of behaviour with the necessary technical means. New skills are taught through a system of virtual learning, and the robot then develops them in a specific environment. In this way, professional experience of the cognitive robot in various specific environments is gradually accumulated and its sensitivity is increased. Cognitive adaptive retraining robots with imitative thinking, adaptive behaviour and heightened sensitivity have the prospect of wide practical applications.
METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF HYDROCARBON PRODUCTION PROCESSES
Annotation: Technologies for processing and storage of industrial data form a platform for organising a system for evaluating the quality of equipment performance and the rhythm of operations. The results of the study of the dynamics of production processes using field operation as an example show the state of technological facilities and systems, making it possible to assess the need to introduce management actions to increase production rates. On the basis of the integrated PI System environment, a computer test site has been developed to determine production efficiency indicators and the quality of technological regimes.
COGNITIVE MODELLING AND ITS ONTOLOGY IN A MACRO-MEDIA AND MIXED REALITY
Annotation: The article reflects a scientific platform accumulating a set of authors' contributions to the methodology of IP modeling and design based on a comprehensive consideration and use of various cognitive properties and expressions, especially such complex and intensified as mixed reality. The role of basic ontology of cognitive concepts is shown and the ontological components of the core of basic ontology of cognitiveity are formulated in IP modeling, defining the ontological agreement of all three scientific topics mentioned above as part of their three-part project agreement.

ANALYSIS OF TRUSTED LOAD FACILITIES IN ON-BOARD COMPUTERS
Annotation: Digital design competencies are in demand in all high-tech companies in Russia and worldwide and fully correspond to the global trends of the 4th industrial revolution and the digital economy. The work is dedicated to an important issue from this area and refers to the study of trusted downloads used in on-board computers. The main types of unauthorised access attacks at the BIOS and UEFI firmware level, the composition of the means of trusted loading modules and the work algorithm, as well as solutions proposed by the developers of on-board equipment using this information security technology are presented.
APPLICATION OF AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS FOR TRAINING PERSONNEL IN THE REPUBLIC
Annotation: A study on human resource management of Myanmar employees for a manager in Yangon, Myanmar. This study aims to investigate the human resource management process of Myanmar employees for managers in Yangon, Myanmar. The study methodology uses a triangulation method; it consists of a documentary study, unstructured interviews and direct observation, by the way, using targeted sampling and research, and summarising data using a thematic analysis method and using a holistic result to conclude the study results. The results show that the human resources management process in the context of Yangon has the following aspects: human resources planning, recruitment and selection, human resources development management, wealth management, retention and motivation.

DEVELOPMENT AND STANDARDISATION OF DIGITAL SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT TO SUPPORT INDUSTRY 4.0
Annotation: Meeting the future human resources needs of the domestic industry for the digital development of enterprises necessitates the creation of a digital scientific and educational environment at the national level. The report considers the prospects for developing a national set of standards to ensure an architectural approach to the design and operation of digital scientific and educational environment. The activity of TC 461 "Information and Communication Technologies in Education (ICTO)" was covered in detail. A high degree of harmonisation of national standards with international standards was noted.
