Annotation: The digitalization of business has demanded the digitalization of office activities. Working in a pandemic has pushed this process. The main directions of digitalization of office activities are considered on the example of document managers of the educational department of the dean's office of an educational institution. Models of document processing are presented, possible directions of digitalization of the work of the educational department are described.
