Annotation: The current state of ensuring e-health interoperability is considered and a conceptual approach to ensuring interoperability based on GOST R 55062-2021 is proposed, taking into account the provisions of GOST R 59797-2021. The innovation consists in considering the ecosystem of digital healthcare in Russia as a complex system and as an integral part of the Unified Information Space of the Russian Federation, arising as a result of the processes of digital transformation of the economy. A practical tool from the described approach of ensuring interoperability should be a profile that takes into account both the requirements of processes in electronic health care and the applied advanced information technologies, for example, cloud computing. With the achievement of interoperability in the field of e-health, it is expected to improve the quality of services provided to the population.
