Annotation: The article provides a brief overview of modern PLM systems, which are software for managing the life cycle of a product, and CRM systems focused on interaction with enterprise customers. The capabilities and features of systems of this class are analyzed, an approach to including these systems in a single information space of enterprise information systems is considered to improve the efficiency of business processes using the example of existing companies, and ways to solve issues of increasing the competitiveness of a business using the integration of the systems under consideration are proposed.
