Annotation: The article discusses the problematic issues of ensuring the information security of artificial intelligence systems (AIS) from the perspective of regulatory control. The main features of AIS, which are presented as automated (information and computing) systems, are shown. A brief analysis of the existing regulatory framework is provided. Proposals are formulated for the development of technical regulation in the field of ensuring the information security of AIS.
