Annotation: In a report to describe the structure of the news information space introduces the concept of the Director-conventional axis, whose position is determined by averaging the directions of the vectors that define the position of the centers of all news clusters. In addition, in the paper the authors developed a model predicting the news events on the basis of changes in the status information area closer to the point of the event. To describe the dynamics o f achieving the notions of news events and up-down trend change of state information space.
