Annotation: On the basis of practical experience justified the order of a total system approach to compliance with relevant requirements for protection of information not constituting a secret of state in the framework of the analysis of condition state information systems, the aspects that are important for the preparation and development of such s ystems and their protection systems, but also for making decisions to identify specific measures to protect the information.
