Annotation: The report presents the tendencies of development and the aspects of harmonization of international and national I T-standards for learning, education and training. The profile of requirements for development and competitiveness provision of national electronic information and educational environment is proved. The need for development of new national standards and the ir further promotion in the first Joint Technical Committee for Information Technology (JTC1) of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) as a basis for the development of internationa l standards is proved.
