Annotation: The report discusses the problem of increasing the effici ency of the instrumental complex «Builder of tutors» by modifying the subsystems «Editor» and «Player». The process of creating training programs with branching support using the editor of the instrumental complex is analyzed. The variant of the editor modification is analyzed in detail and the advantages of its modified version are described. Changes in the architecture of the server part of the «Player» subsystem and modification of the database to improve its efficiency are considered.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the issue of assessing the competencies of employees using modern methods of data analysis to build an individual vector of personnel development. The main objectives of the article are to study the subject area, sear ch for the optimal method for data analysis, as well as design the program architecture. The main tasks are: highlighting the main characteristics of the company's employees, providing a formula for determining the overall assessment for each research obje ct, identifying the advantages of the selected data analysis, forming approaches and tools for system design. A formula for calculating the overall assessment of an employee, which is one of the key parameters for analysis, is proposed, and technologies fo r the implementation of the designed corporate targeting system for employees are considered.
