Annotation: This paper describes the problems that emerged in economies and the communities, such as the United States, APEC, EC, ESCAP, ASEAN, which start to form digital space (digital economy, information society) before the EAEU. The article describes the causes of these problems and provides possible solutions, which were approved by the International Telecommunication Unio n, APEC, ESCAP, ASEAN and others. Finally, a proposal on creating a system of administration of a united digital space will be described.

Annotation: Internet of Things synoptically represents a global infrastructure for the informational society, including the advanced services of physical and virtual inte rconnecting of things. This infr astructure is fully based on existing and evolving interoperable information and communication te chnologies. Wherein under the term “things” are implied objects of the physical world (physical things) that go with the objects of the virtual world (virtual world).
