DEVELOP A SET OF INTERSTATE STANDARDS FOR FUNCTIONAL SAFETY OF SAFETY -RELATED SYSTEMS FOR BUILDINGA AND CONS TRUCTION
Annotation: Currently, in the Russian Federation has a set of standards for functional safety of safety-related for buildings and structures (GOST R 53195.1-GOST R 53195.5). Compliance with these standards guarantees that the functiona l safety of these systems is achieved with prescribed of safety integrity. The standards of this complex caused interest in foreign countries. Based on requirements of these standards in Germany are developing a similar German standards. The article descri bes the features of the development of interstate standards, which are developed by the forces of ANO "VAN KB" within TC 349 for the dissemination of the positive Russian experience in the states-participants of the EAEC for the IT systems and facilities is considered. The article describes the technical and regulatory issues associated with this.
OBJECTIVES RETRAINING AND TRAINING STAFF SITUA TION CENTRE OF INTEGRATED SECURITY FOR ENTERPR ISES AND REGIONS
Annotation: Nowadays retraining and training of personnel Situational centers in conditions of innovation and information threats of collapse becomes crucial. The effectiveness of the Situational centers depends on the skills, knowledge and abilities duty personnel (operators) and managers. Situation Centre that collects and analyzes information about emerging incidents may also become the object of intruder cyber-attack. Therefore, to improve the safety and efficiency of the Situation Centre is requested to staff pay special attention to the developme nt of knowledge and practical skills in the field of information security and data protection technologies.

ON TRENDS IN INTERNATIONA L INFORMATION SECURITY COMMON CRITERIA CERTIFICATION SCHEME CCRA
Annotation: The results of the study of current trends in the number of foreign systems certifications of information technology products for the requirements of information security held in accordance wit h the Common Criteria methodology are presented. The basic directions of improvement of development of Common Criteria methodology are obtained. These projections may be of interest to domestic experts in the field of information security certification and standardization. Recommendations on the improvement of the Russian Information Security Certification Scheme are presented.

ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ISO -IEC 27001 -2013
Annotation: The object of analysis given by the subject of analysis of this article is the international standard ISO-IEC 27001-2013. The authors considered the structure of the standard, its components, including the requirements for the construct ion and operation of information security management systems of the organization in the current business environment and trends . The relevance of this work is supported by the analysis of the standard not only from the point of view of an information secur ity specialist, but also from the point of view of enterprise management . Given the growing risks and threats to information security and the crisis of confidence that is generated by commercial organizations that do not pay enough attention to security ma nagement, the analysis of this standard is aimed at identifying and disclosing the main advantages and disadvantages of the standard at the current state of commercial activities and information systems. A separate emphasis in the article is on the interac tion between the management of the enterprise and the information security department.

ABOUT STANDARDIZATION OF ELECTRONIC TRAINING OF SAFETY OF PRODUCTION
Annotation: The national standard "Information and communication technologies in education. Electronic training of safety of production. General provisions" CJSC NIIPF TE СHINTELL is developed, establishes requirements to innovative processes of preparation, instructing and certification of personnel using information and communication systems and technologies and becomes effective since April 1, 2017. Standardization of requirements to electronic personnel training on safety of production is a necessary factor of impact on decrease in an industrial traumatism and is production the caused incidence.

PROGRAM COMPLEX OF R ECOGNITION OF SPEECH TEAM FOR SPEAKERS WITH VIOLATION OF SPEECH
Annotation: Vocational education plays a decisive role in the vocational rehabilitation of disabled people. It creates the basis for the realization of the principle of equal opportunities and inclusive education. Existing Russified foreign speech input programs oriented to English, and the metho ds used, do not take into account the specifics of speakers with speech disorders. The presented subsystem of recognition of speech commands allows to facilitate interaction with a computer of users with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, as well as, blind or visually impaired.
