Models of system engineering for requirements rationale, efficiency estimation, "bottlenecks" definition and recommendations development devoted to preventive measures on the base of analytical processing data of monitoring
Annotation: Probabilistic models for analytical prediction of risks are presented. on the base of models supported by software tools the approaches to requirements rationale, efficiency estimation, "bottlenecks" definition and recommendations development (devoted to preventive measures on the base of analytical processing data of monitoring) are proposed in application to critically important systems. As a result the purposeful essential risks decreasing or sustaining at admissible level and-or decreasing in expenses in system life cycle are expected.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTEROPERABILITY OF THE DIGITAL GREENHOUSE INFORMATION SYSTEM TOOLS
Annotation: The digitalisation and automation of agricultural process support, the design of information systems and automated subsystems are all part of a conscious need for the development strategy of the world's largest agro-industrial and machine building companies. The basis for solving applied problems in the solution of complex tasks that make up the Concept of Digitalisation of Agro-Industry is the "development of systems" and ensuring interaction-integration and interoperability of information systems.

STANDARD VIRTUAL (ON-LINE) AUDIT OF THE PRODUCT SERVICE CENTRE AT CLIENTS
Annotation: A process approach to the audit by the manufacturer/supplier of activities aimed at preserving the quality of products at the consumer based on the application of digital information technologies is presented. The guarantee of obtaining objective, reliable and reproducible virtual (on-line) results is the standard for the audit process. A model of the system of virtual (on-line) audit of activity on preservation of quality of let out production at the consumer is offered. The requirements for the content of a standardized virtual (on-line) audit procedure have been developed.

A UNIFIED APPROACH TO THE DESIGN OF INTEROPERABLE SYSTEMS FOR UNIFIED INFORMATION AND ACCOUNTING CENTRES FOR E-GOV
Annotation: It is noted that the organisation of interoperability in the EIRC as part of e-gov is a necessary criterion for software development in the public sector. The article is devoted to the problem of interoperability as applied to the unified information and accounting centre of Moscow. Based on this analysis, the author proposed an interoperability model for information systems within the State Budgetary Institution "Unified Information and Accounting Center of Moscow". A unified approach to ensuring interoperability is described using the example of the State Budgetary Institution "Regional Information and Research Centre of Moscow".
CURRENT STATUS OF THE INTEROPERABILITY PROBLEM
Annotation: The ever-increasing urgency of solving the interoperability problem is shown. The source of the problem and the reason for the increasing relevance of its solution-the increasing level of heterogeneity of the ICT environment-are shown. It also shows that the interoperability problem exists for information systems of all classes and, consequently, the interoperability technology is a meta-technology with a dual purpose. It is noted that interoperability is the basis of the Single Information Space for any purpose and scale. It is emphasised that the interoperability problem must be solved together with the information security problem. The state of the problem abroad and in the Russian Federation is considered, and concern is expressed that the scale of work in the Russian Federation does not correspond to the importance of the problem. Proposals are made to force the work and reduce the gap.
INTEGRATION AND INTEROPERABILITY OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN INDUSTRY BASED ON STANDARDS
Annotation: Ensuring competitiveness in the digital economy requires the integration and interoperability of a wide range of information systems to manage digital enterprises and smart industries. The article analyses the development of modern approaches and international standards to ensure the integration and interoperability of systems in accordance with the "Industry 4.0" concept. The need to develop a set of national standards "Industry 4.0" has been substantiated. Digital technologies and digital enterprises".
A UNIFIED APPROACH TO SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF INTEROPERABILITY OF DRONES
Annotation: The problem of interoperability in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) was considered. The uniform approach to interoperability provision for information systems of the widest class developed earlier and fixed in GOST R 55062-2012 is briefly stated. The main foreign documents on interoperability for drones are listed. An attempt has been made to adapt a unified approach to the problem of the drone interoperability.

GROUP MANAGEMENT OF ROBOTS WHEN WORKING TOGETHER
Annotation: A method for solving the inverse problem of kinematics based on expressions for controlled generalised coordinates in group control with superimposed links in parallel operation of manipulators has been proposed. The target function is constructed on the basis of possible misalignments of positions of the gripper devices, the value of which should not exceed permissible values.
