PROCESS ASPECTS OF INTEROPERABILITY INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEMS
Annotation: The problem of creating and developing integrated management systems is largely determined by the complex nature of ensuring the organizational and technological unity of heterogeneous functional subsystems based on the principles of interoperability implemented on the basis of standards profiles. Functional approaches to the integration of systems have limited opportunities to create "seamless" integrated systems. The process aspects of interoperability are considered taking into account the decomposition of the main process in their life cycle, with organizational ones highlighted. organizational-technical and technical-technological processes that determine the features of their creation.
COMPARISON OF ESTIMATES OF COMPLEXITY OF HOLSTEAD AND KOLMOGOROV
Annotation: The article explores a relatively new method for estimating the complexity of the Halstead programs. A method for estimating computational complexity according to Kolmogorov is described. The article shows the closeness of ideas for assessing complexity. In one case (Kolmogorov), the processed sequence and the program sequence are evaluated. In another case (Halstead), the program sequence and the sequence of a dictionary or alphabet are evaluated. The article recommends the introduction of the term “software construct” to distinguish the description of the program from its implementation.
DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARDIZATION OF ICT IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSITION TO DIGITAL ECONOMY AND DIGITAL EDUCATION
Annotation: The interrelation of digitalization processes and priority directions of international and national ICT standardization in the field of digital education is grounded. The results of the activities of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 36 and TC 461 in the development and application of standards are analyzed. The basic standards that define the overall management architecture of educational organizations, learning processes and digital content are presented. Proposed the development of a new set of national standards "Digital scientific and educational environment and digital education"
Methods and Systems of Information Protection
SOCIAL, SOCIOPHYSICS AND TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF IT SECURITY: DECENTRALIZED NETWORK STRUCTURES, DECISION MAKING, ERGONOMICS, PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL RESTRICTIONS
Annotation: Modern socio-technical systems are complex automated systems complemented by centralized and decentralized social network structures. The purpose of such systems is to make decisions for its safe (or unsafe) further existence. Adequate (to this situation and to this point in time) decision-making in such systems, in the absence of interoperability, becomes impossible, leading to information collapse (failure to achieve the goal). The problems of interoperability are exacerbated by the recent discovery of quantum-like mechanisms of human decision-making along with a rational mechanism. Also was discovered thermodynamic, biological, physical and mental limitations associated with the entropy balance, etc.
SECURITY IN STATE INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Annotation: Based on practical experience and taking into account the improvement of the regulatory and methodological framework for information security, the main aspects of state information systems have been considered, taking into account the fact that they may be information systems for personal data and public use, while protecting information that does not constitute state secrets.

USE OF PERSONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION STANDARDS IN ACCESS CONTROL AND CONTROL SYSTEMS
Annotation: The lack of standardization mechanisms in the implementation and application of access control and management tools often determines the uniqueness of planning projects and building access control systems (ACS). As a result, the so-called "vendor-lock" arises-a situation in which further updates or support of the ACS is possible only by the supplier company that originally installed the ACS. The article proposes a universal architecture of means and mechanisms for authentication in ACS through the use of open standards Personal Identity Verification.
THE NEED AND DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL STANDARDS, INSTITUTING REQUIREMENTS FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
Annotation: In connection with the development of information technology, there is a need to make changes and reissue a number of standards of the 34th GOST series. It is proposed to expand the series of standards on information technology with new standards that meet the current level of scientific and technological progress and are necessary to perform work in the field of creating automated systems. In addition, it is proposed to start developing a series of standards in the field of creating a single information space.

PROTECTION OF INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET IOT STUFF
Annotation: This article describes the potential threats to the security of Internet of Things devices, as well as the consequences of not taking sufficient precautions when using this technology.
